ICE

ICE stands for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement. They enforce federal laws and control the borders, customs, trade and as well as to promote homeland security and public safety for involving immigration. 

 

ICE have three branch groups. Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) and Management and Administration (M&A).

 

To identify, arrest, and remove aliens who present a danger to national security or are a risk to public safety, as well as those who enter the United States illegally or otherwise undermine the integrity of our immigration laws and our border control efforts.

 

Homeland Security Investigations are responsible for eliminating criminal organizations that involve in sex trafficking, exploiting American trade, and immigration systems, human rights violations, financial crimes, and etc. 

 

The Management and Administration are responsible for ensuring ICE's budget employment opportunities and promotes new policy infrastructures. 

Tuition Equity Fund

The Enforcement and Removal Operations is responsible for identifying, arresting, and removing aliens who present a danger to national security or are a risk to public safety, as well as those who enter the United States illegally.

The tuition equity fund are only available for undocumented students and DACA grantees. 

PFund Foundation

PFund is an LGBT community foundation that seeks to protect the rights of the LGBT members and allied communities in Minnesota and the Upper Midwest. PFund distributes $100,000 annually in grants to LGBT and allied organizations, including LGBT immigrants in immigration organizations.
